[For a moment, it's just Gokudera coughing. And cursing. When the coughing subsides, he speaks and his voice sounds strained.]

[The video comes on as Gokudera grabs the device. It shows a brief view of some papers written in a strange code--someone was taking notes during the event--before he switches the feed to audio and locks it.]
